09/08/2010 A wonderful bed, luxurious bathroom & tranquil setting. What a treat to stay here! Took a great circut drive around Nanoose Bay area as you suggested. Beautiful homes, golf course & marinas & very scenic views of sunset to the north. The beachcomber marina area was interesting - lots of evening black tail deer & nice beach at Beachcomber Park to walk & hun for beach treasures. The harbour seals watched us from the waves too! Great photo opportunities. Joe wanted to stay longer - I had to drag him off the beach as the sun set. We ate at the local Rocking Horse Pub this evening ~ quaint british pub atmosphere on a riding ranch. Nice seating inside & out in the garden... pleasant service & good meals at reasonable prices - see online website for menu. Thanks for the great stay. Joe & Karen
08/08/10 What a great place!!! We are glad we found it! After surfing in the cold water in Tofino it was nice and relaxing to come here. Now we had a fantastic braekfast and we'll go back to Vancouver to catch our plane to Sweden. Thanks for your hospitality! Belinda & Felix
Thank you so much for your welcome, the amazing food, and the peaceful setting. Your suggestions for walkes and the wealth of information you have available made our holiday so memorable. Hope we can return again! Blessings ~ Don & Jackie
It has been a great pleasure for us to spend ten days at your magnificent place. The minute we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Seameadows Farm deserves all the laurels; it has adorable hosts, beautiful premises, amazing breakfasts and the most incredible service. The house is simply gorgeous and well maintained; the exterior floral arrangements are stunning and every detail of the interior is carefully thought of. We enjoyed our comfortable stay in the spacious and charming Clayburn Room and welcomed every new day with a glance at the beautiful garden which was kept up impeccably by Mike. When it comes to food, we were very pleased by the special breakfast surprises prepared by Debra. Every day we savored assorted, delicious and beautifully presented breakfasts - a celebration of seasonal farm fresh products. The view from the dining room (where the breakfast was served) was magnificent: the ocean in the distance and the other islands; this was very soothing. Thank you, Debra and Mike for the fresh fruit and garden products provided! We remember with pleasure the last night of our stay, when we all worked hard in preparing the dinner which turned out to be outstanding, creative and yummy. We would also like to thank you for guiding us in our pursuits; you are very knowledgeable of a wide variety of attractions around the Vancouver Island. For all of us, Seameadows Farm is synonymous to a little slice of unexpected paradise. It really meant a lot to us how we were treated-less like guests, more like friends. Debra and Mike you are the nicest people we could wish to meet! We had a lovely time and appreciate your very gracious hospitality! Our stay at Seameadows Farm is a cherished memory and we will definitely return as soon as possible. We apologize for this late email but were very busy to meet a few deadlines… In September the weather was very cold in Edmonton (-5 at night time).
