Your Hosts: Mike & Maureen Shipton are from Bath England, have lived in the Comox Valley for 20 years, and have a good knowledge of local attractions, hiking trails etc.

We are located in Royston, just a few minutes drive south of Courtenay, where there are a good selection of restaurants, shops, galleries, a 15-20 minute drive to Comox, the airport and Little River ferry terminal. Mt. Washington is a 35 minute drive from Greystone Manor B & B.

The guest sitting room has a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

Greystone Manor Bed and Breakfast is located in the beautiful Comox Valley. This waterfront heritage 1918 home is surrounded by 100-year-old maples and firs with over an acre of magnificent English-style gardens, which have been featured on television and garden tours.

A great place for bird watching, the gardens include a trail that makes it easy to stroll to the beach to look for herons, bald eagles and other water fowl.

Two of our bedrooms each have a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The third has 2 single beds with private bathroom across the hall.

A delicious full breakfast, including fresh fruit, juice, home baking and a hot entree, is served in our lovely dining room overlooking the water and gardens. Greystone Manor is a living picture.
