A comfortable, friendly and relaxing accommodation, in a pleasant secluded garden, above Arbutus Cove. We are just 15 minutes from downtown Victoria and 5 minutes to the University of Victoria.

Conveniently located near several golf courses, sandy beach, Cadboro Bay Village with its small shops restaurant and neighbourhood pub. Nearby Arbutus Cove is a completely unspoiled tree-lined bay just a couple of minutes walk away.

Two tastefully appointed, spacious, comfortable rooms in a smoke-free environment – a queen-bedded room with en-suite bathroom and glimpses of the sea through the trees, and a family double with private bathroom. A third double room, sharing the bathroom, is available to the same family (only) if required. There is ample private off-street parking.

A delicious breakfast buffet is provided in the dining room, or on the sun-deck which gets the morning sun and where you can watch the humming birds who regularly drink from feeders.
