Review for Hidden Cove Lodge. A great location with wildlife on the doorstep. Good base for exploring the north of Vancouver Island. Kayaking, whale watching and bear watching trips available nearby. It is possible to arrange pickup from the lodge's own jetty for bear/whale watching. Rooms plain but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food very good, especially fish - very fresh and well cooked. Try the crab! Reasonably priced wines and cocktails. Dan was a fund of information about the local area and wildlife. He also cooks breakfast from 06.30 for those starting early - all done with a smile.
